Longstreet's Corps

Longstreet’s Corps is an organization composed of living historians, each of whom is dedicated to remembering and venerating the exploits of the Southern and Northern soldiers and civilians, who participated in the War Between the States.

Active primarily up and down the east coast, Longstreet’s Corps is composed of units of all branches.  Our organization strives to achieve one goal - to educate the public about the events of the war, chiefly in the eastern theater, and to positively portray the valor and sacrifices of both military and civilian personnel, engaged in that titanic contest. We study and learn so that we understand from where we came, which hopefully can lead us to make a better path for our future.
